We are just completing our week at Marriott Waiohai and recently drove over to KL.  It did not look very busy.  What are you hearing, if anything, about new construction of another vacation club on the Big Island of Hawaii, near Kona? All the best, Steve

Steve, let me know what you thought of Kauai Lagoons.  From friends I have heard that although the accommodations are great, the pool is small, the location remote, and the amenities not located nearby. They were allowed to use the beach at nearby Marriott property, but not the pool area.  Net, net they will not go back there.I have done a walk through at Kauai Lagoons and agree the units are very nice, but remote.  I understand that Marriott has plans for another vacation club nearby the Lagoons in the future.Your thoughts would be appreciated.Bob Clark
