Jake88 sounds like a tough guy.  Do you need a secret password or a referral?  I called and all I got was good communication, good points in my account, and a good source for lots of Vacation club points in the future.  Great to work with smart vacation owners who know the system.  Jake88 even wanted to hook me up with a Canadian All Winter Long Holiday in Palm Desert when I retire.  That sounds like fun, Aye! 8)
