Hello everyone!I've been hearing rumors left and right about new MVC properties currently under development, but haven't seen anything official from MVCI. Does anyone know anything on possible new properties, whether it is true or just a rumor??So far, the one's I've heard about are New York and Puerto Rico. The one in Washington DC technically doesn't count since MVC just took a couple of rooms from Mayflower's inventory and placed them under MVC.What have you heard in terms of new properties??

Thanks SeaDoc! I hadn't heard from 2, 3 and 5. I heard about the one in San Diego. They purchased an old hotel that had been recently renovated to convert it to a MVC property. Wish MVC did a better job of advertising their upcoming properties the same way Disney VC does. It keeps members happy and brings in more customers. I also hope the MVC property rumor for Puerto Rico is true, as it is a great destination. Right now Wyndham is building one of their Margaritaville VC resorts in PR.

I had heard rumor of the San Diego property, but had also heard (from someone living in San Diego) that it needed a lot of renovation. The Gas Lamp district is a great location in San Diego, though. I hope they do a nice job with that property. If Marriott is listening, I'd love to see a NYC property (yes, I know, very expensive) and a Chicago property.

Just got back from Hawaii and all 5 previously listed new locations are legit. I hear we can add NYC to that with plans to convert some hotel rooms at Marriott Marquis in Times Square to MVC inventory ala DC Mayflower.I did not get any time frames associated with the availability though.

That would be great if they converted some of the Times Square rooms into MVC -- I hope that rumor is true!Best,Greg
